Refund Policy for Health Program Purchases

At Zenith Health, we are dedicated to providing exceptional health programs and services. This Refund Policy ensures clarity regarding program purchases made through our online shop or in clinic purchase.


Refund Eligibility

  1. Refund Requests:
    • Refunds are only available for programs that have not commenced. (First appointment booking will be considered as point of commencement)
    • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Non-Refundable Situations:
    • For completed or partially completed programs.
    • For cancellations beyond the 7-day request window.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, email us at admin@zenithhealth.com.au with your order details and reason for the request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Program Changes or Cancellations

  • If we are unable to deliver a program as advertised, you will be notified, and alternative options or a full refund will be provided.
